Mean One Margarita

Day 2 of our TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS Cocktails! We’ve taken inspiration from the Grinch and our love for Margaritas (+ a bit of spice) and created this TASTY holiday mix!

Ingredients

2oz Tequila
1oz Triple Sec
1/2oz Lime Juice
2oz Pomegranate Juice
1 Slice of Jalapeno (+ more for garnish)
Splash of sparking water
1tbsp of Pomegranate Arils
1 bunch of fresh Mint (+ some chopped for the rim)

Rim a glass with with chopped mint, sugar and salt. Add Tequila, Triple Sec, Lime Juice, Pomegranate Juice and Jalapeno slice into a shaker with ice. Shake thoroughly and pour into prepared glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with the Jalapeno slices, Pomegranate Arils and Mint. ENJOY!
